Description

Ready to put on your snowshoes? Your team heads out into the snowy landscapes of Savoie for a mountain hike. No previous experience is required, making the activity accessible to everyone.

Along the way, take in the scenery and let your guide introduce you to the region. Depending on your interests, discover Savoie’s culture and heritage, the history of local wines, geology, landscape reading, Alpine wildlife, or medicinal and edible plants.

And because a mountain experience is even better when shared, the hike can be combined with a local tasting. Depending on the chosen option, enjoy local fruit juice and fruit tarts, or Savoie wines served with local cheeses and cured meats.

A simple way to step outside the usual seminar setting, enjoy some fresh mountain air and share a genuine moment together.

Want to make the experience even more local? The hike can focus on the group’s interests, with insights into Savoie’s heritage, local wines, geology, wildlife or flora. A tasting of local products can also be added to the experience.

How the activity works

1

Meeting point and departure

Your team meets the professionals leading the hike. After a short introduction, everyone puts on their snowshoes and heads out into the mountains.
2

A mountain hike

The group makes its way through Savoie’s snowy landscapes at its own pace. No previous experience is required: simply enjoy the fresh air, the scenery and the shared experience.
3

Discover the region

Along the way, your guide introduces you to the area and its heritage. Depending on your group’s interests, you can learn more about Savoie’s culture and heritage, local wines, geology, landscapes, wildlife or Alpine plants.
4

A local tasting

To add a convivial touch to the experience, the hike can include a tasting of local products. Enjoy fruit juice and fruit tarts for a sweet break, or Savoie wines, cheeses and local cured meats for a savoury option.
