Description
The Takalanta challenge immerses participants in an adventure-style team competition. With their bandanas in hand, teams must combine their strengths and support one another throughout the different challenges.
The activities test a range of abilities: precision with blowpipe shooting, balance on the land-based poles challenge, strength during tug-of-war and courage during the insect-tasting challenge.
Depending on the chosen format, teams can take part in several challenges, including the Tikis challenge, land-based poles, orienteering, insect tasting, nail planting, blindfolded course, tug-of-war, obstacle course and blowpipe shooting.
The aim is to bring participants together around a collective challenge. Communication, encouragement and teamwork are essential to help each tribe succeed.

Activities can test precision, balance, strength, navigation and courage.
